MOTIVATION
Yeast4Bio aims at disseminating the scientific results by standard means such as publication of articles in peer-reviewed journals, review articles and books, presentations at scientific conferences and annual workshops. Dissemination activities in local science popularization events such as the “Science Week” or “European Researchers´ Night” will be also promoted to engage the general public to participate in the Action.
In general, this COST Action target at the following audience:
– Researchers in biotechnology, biochemistry, genetics, biology and engineers from academia and industry.
– Industrial stakeholders, biotechnology companies and SMEs working in the different fields that this Action tackles.
– European policy makers that outline strategies for the development of new research topics and technologies.
– The general public and young people, encouraging the presence of Yeast4Bio on Social Networks.
OBJECTIVES
WG6 is devoted to disseminating the scientific activities; to deliver the tools and guidelines to stakeholders and to ensure visibility of the Action at international level. Scientific communication will be achieved through open access research articles in peer reviewed journals and ‘Commentary-style’ articles that report on the activities performed by different WGs.
